Rode trails yesterday too with Maddeh. Lots Fun! Great trails! Definently need to keep your eyes out for the carsonite pole on 67 easy to miss the turn.. Greatly apprecitate the hard work thats gone into log clearing especially the section I call the tree grave yard.. Awesome Job!

We didn't have any problem with the carsonite markings it was the trails themselves. Maddeh, I think I know where we might have got off trail but the trails that we did end up on had been worked here and there with saws. I'm all for going back up and riding the portions we missed and taking in the work that was put into that area. For sure I think its a safer traffic option to ride than AF, Diamond, or the Sheep Creek areas.

The first time we rode these trails 2 years ago we made numerous wrong turns when we mistook apparent trails for correct trails and ended up doing lots of log hopping. We eventually figured things out after riding around a lot and puzzling over our GPS track. Still, it was a lot of fun!

Thanks to everyone that cleaned these trails up. A group of four of us rode the bigger loop a few days ago and it was awesome!! The trails can be a little tricky to follow, I would recommend bringing a map and just keep your eyes open. All in all it was a fun ride, a little bit of rocks, some water crossings, fast flowy stuff. Thanks again!

Me and one other rider were the second group through yesterday. Appreciated having your tracks on the ground. Made it easy to find the loop. Fantastic trail.

Rode the trail yesterday as well. Believe we were the thrid group through and need to thank you guys at with the Uinta Trail Council for the work you did. Conditions were perfect yesterday and you certainly had your work cut out for you based on the number of trees that were across the trail. First time I had ridden the trail and will be back again (Fall ride up there is on the priority list). Thanks again!

Hey Schaerem. Were you with the group of three that we talked to at the top of the first hill climb? I was on the kx250 and I think you guys passed my buddy while he was stuck on the climb. Fun stuff. Was going to see if we could tag along with you guys but had to keep moving to get back to the family. I second the thanks to the UTC for your work. I'm pretty sure that Bigfoot lives back there.

My son & I, NVRSatisfied, & Gig rode these trails today. For everyone who worked on clearing them--fantastic job!

While the trails were a little wet when we first started riding (i.e., the top inch of dirt was wet--just enough to make them slippery but not enough to do any damage), conditions rapidly became perfect. What a great day of riding!

2wheels, that was us. Would have been welcome to join us but I understand the timeframe issue. Catch you on the next ride.

To all those who got off track, I feel your pain. Three of us rode it yesterday and like some of you guys, we got lost on 067. Due to time constraints, we ended up jumping onto the 122 road to 54 and then rode the pavement back to the parking lot. It was weird because we would be crossing alot of downed trees and then we would find a section where the trees had been cut out of the trail. (They were all old cuts) So we were confused if we were on the trail or not. Finally we gave up after alot of "exploring" and it is a good thing we did because one of our riders ran out of gas on the pavement. The trail that we did find was great and I really do have alot of appreciation for you guys who cleared it for us. Thanks again.

There are some more trees down in the dead fall area on 067. My hand saw wasn't going to get it done. Man that place is fun, thanks for all that you guy's do up there.

Keep your eye out for the marker it kind of hides on your left a lot of folks are getting of track there to the point there is almost a new trail
There is a pretty good size new tree down
Totally doable and good skills training
You guys are awesome for the great maintaince work

We just rode the 27 mile loop with the whole family (five in our group) and had a blast!! Id say you guys cleaned out a few hundred downed trees. thanks for that!! Saw a huge bull moose as well. Made for a great Sunday afternoon ride.

Oh yeh and 66 was a bugger to keep track of. We got really lost until some sheep herder that didn't speak a word of English showed us the trail. we ended up on some deer trail doing some serious log hoppin.

When we first ran into him a couple months ago I couldn't understand what he was saying, then my buddy just starts talking to him. Turns out he's from Peru (my friend spent some time there) and he minds the cows up there. We've been doing a figure eight out of the loops and coming at that log from the other direction. Then hitting the other loop across the street after. If you do that loop across the street, go clockwise it's safer.

We will get some more carsonite (trail markers) up there next year. People like to pull them out and throw them in the bushes if they don't like motorcycles. They are great trails. I am glad you had fun up there.

I rode up there yesterday as well.. I proped back up a few downed carsonites . I think it's the cows/sheep in the area right now knocking them down.

I would love to get up to Heber and ride these trails. How soon in the Spring to these trails typically become rideable? Will there be a need for help cleaning up these trails again this spring?
